Day 117 - Clearing curry paste

Still have half a container of curry paste left. Decided it is time to clear it since I'm leaving London in less than 2 months, and it is highly unlikely that I'll cook it for anyone else again.

This is the tomato based one, of more Indian origin than the coconut-based style of our Southeast Asian curries. One of the spicier things in life among this exam period. :P


Ok, will post the recipe sometime. Nah, another proof that I got eat properly in London hor. So don't worry.
